A Hacker walked into a bar
WHO: Felicity and YOU/ Felicity and Sam maybe?
WHAT: A Curious girl is curious. Felicity Mulling things over
WHERE: Places all over the City
WHEN: Rest of February, into March
WARNINGS: none yet
Felicity took her time with Oliver seriously, even if it left her bruised a little broken. She knew how to observe without being noticed and sometimes her mouth didn't get her into trouble. She was able to find out things out while not looking suspicious doing it. She heard about the executions but had been distracted by Jack and Sam and hadn't had time to process everything that was happening.
Her curiosity eventually got the better of her and she started frequenting the bars trying to glean some more information about what was happening in the City as a whole. She knew that alcohol lowered inhibitions, it was simple math really.
When Felicity wasn't bar-hopping she was working, sneaking subtle glances at Sam, trying to get up the nerve to ask him for coffee or... something or at home binging on junk food or just walking around being nosy and friendly.

The B Natural was a bar and grill, and it's with Felicia's food order that the question comes with, friendly and with a smile from the young man asking it. He wasn't drinking, but it's an opening to conversation all the same, even if it looked like he was on the clock, right?

"You don't look like you work here, but you do," Felicity mused, glancing at the menu once more before grinning. "You blend in... that's a good thing... I mean not that you would to blend in," She closed her eyes "And stopping in 3, 2, 1..." She opened her eyes again.
"I'll have a bacon cheeseburger, fries and do you have Milkshakes?"

He holds one of the cups out. "You look like you could use this," he says quietly trying not to feel like he's towering over her.

"I think I love you," She muttered, not thinking. She sighed her eyes closing savoring the bitter taste of the coffee with a hint of creamy sweetness. The caffeine hit Felicity then and she realized what she had said.
"Crap... I... I say things like that all the time... like all the time," The flush creeping up her neck.
"Thank you... for the coffee."

Sam chuckles softly and takes a sip of his own coffee enjoying the bitter black boldness with a hint of hazelnut. "Don't worry about it my brother says the same thing when I bring him coffee too." He sips again. "he's not exact a morning person...like at all and needs at least seven cups before he can even shower."

Until recently, Hank's only had one ability; to collect information. He's been a cop his whole life. Unlike his partner, he doesn't have a whole CSI suite in his mouth. Unlike so many others here, he's only a warrior in that he can hold his own in a brawl. Not a ninja or a weapon's master.
Now he's got one more skill. It's not proving all that useful yet, though.
When the pretty blond comes into Rick's bar, Hank's sitting on the stool just looking at his phone though the screen is changing through options as if he's touching it. He's not noticing her just yet. Just morosely reading fluff news and crankily considering his time closing in.

"Not much on there is there?"

"At least there's not a lot of exaggerated shock value." Not since the Heart had been killed. That's the most tragic part. The world had gone back to normal.
"I'm not sure, do you live at the dorms? I think I might have seen you around."
