WHO: Lorna and Zack
WHAT: Dinner and discussions about defense!
WHERE: Outside her room at the apartments then wandering elsewhere
WHEN: 2/01
WARNINGS: None as of now!
When Zack arrives Lorna's waiting outside her room leaning up against the wall with her arms folded over her chest. She's got the usual Lorna attire on: black pants, a long black shirt, steel-toed boots, and way too many metal bracelets around her wrists. Be prepared is a motto to live by, right? Especially when they were all just recently witness to televised executions. Now more than ever seems like a good time to be healthy paranoid. They do say it's only paranoia if they really aren't out to get you. It's strange, the entire thing probably should be a lot more jarring to Lorna than it actually seems to be. The last few years of her life seem like they've just been nothing but one death after another. At this point she's almost gotten numb to it. Maybe it's not even an almost, maybe she's really just crossed the threshold into being numb to it all. A part of her just wants to stay in her room in bed hiding from it all, but she's fighting through that desire.
Still, she's not one hundred percent sure if this is a great idea for a lot of reasons. Too late to back out now though. She flashes a quick smile as Zack walks up.
"Hey. Nice to see you again."

Because if he doesn't, he's failing his best friend. But wow, no hope at all?
"There anything back in your world that you want to go back for?"

"I have a daughter. Her name's Dawn. She's with my aunt right now, not really safe to be around me," she gives a chuckle that's seeped in bitterness. It's her own fault she's not safe and she can't put the blame for that anywhere else. Not that she would even if she could, the choices she's made are her own. "Of course I'd love to get back to her."
