Finn stands on a bench, one foot up on the seat back, looking through a pair of tape-repaired binoculars at the park around them. Geese are forest animals, he thinks, so this is the natural place from which to begin their hunt.
"No sign of the target," he informs his partner as he slips the binoculars back into his backpack. The hook was a little too big, but the net and straightjacket fit in there nicely.
"He's sneaky alright... but he can't hide forever."
