At his reaction, Loki laughs, shaking his head. "It's really inconsequential at the moment, isn't it?" He's seen that look before, when he was much younger and Thor had asked what powered a soul forge. He'd gone blank and glassed over halfway through Loki's explanation then, but that ha'd stopped him. He'd been too proud at his own knowledge.
"There are constants here, the dorms, the park. It's fairly straightforward to find some other establishments: this place for instance, the police precinct." He rolls a shoulder in a shrug. "It's as though it's all intentional."
