How mum the news outlets were being on the incident involving the robots reminded Vincent far too much of ShinRa to be comfortable. While the Cerberus was capable of firing balls of fire or lightning depending on which Materia he attached to it, but nothing could really compete with a bullet. Cloud had mentioned the metalworks, but finding his way there had proven more difficult than he'd anticipated, the shifting city streets only exacerbating the situation.
He'd been told simply to mention his name, and those there would welcome him, or at least something to that effect. He held his cloak about himself as he approached, looking around for anyone to offer Cloud's name to, arms crossed, bronze-claw glinting in the lights it captures.

"He didn't know I was coming." He motioned, though. "Call him if you don't trust me."

...It's definitely not legal per se. Don't judge him.
"...Right," That's not encouraging. In fact, you know what? He's going to do just that. Pull out his phone to dial up the man, continuing to watch Vincent warily while he waits. Unfortunately, it being Cloud meant he didn't answer right away so Seifer was left leaving his ringing phone sitting on the workbench beside him, frowning at it in annoyance. Damn it, Cloud.
His gaze turns back to scrutinizing Vincent. "Well, until he gets back to me I'm gonna put you in the maybe category. You find this place on your own?" It's worrying, they've already had robots show up to try to wreck the place the last thing he wants is a raid by the Iterations. He might need to think about moving this underground.

He leveled an even gaze at the man, expression giving away nothing. He inclined his head by way of answering, making a small 'Mmm' sound of agreement. He kept to the rooftops, which made finding places easier.
