Connor | Detroit: Become Human

1. plate the goddamn fish

Connor didn't get the human socialisation necessary to appreciate just how stupid and dorky a onesie is. So he's wearing a onesie, and he's managing a perfectly straight face about it as well. It's the softest piece of clothing he's ever worn, actually. It feels nice. Don't judge him.

If you'd like to join him in his pillowfort, he's cross-legged in front of a video game, trying to make a raccoon in a wheelchair and a very hairy man work together on an ice flue to make fish and chips. He's got a Nintendo Switch Joy-Con Nontendo Flip Happy-Pro in each hand and sure, he's doing quite well for a man dressed as a narwhal double-fisting controllers, but it soon becomes apparent...

"This isn't going to work out."

Right on cue, the raccoon falls in the water.

((ooc: I am a-ok with thread hijacking and multiple people jumping in because as you may know, Overcooked is at its best and stupidest with a full kitchen. Look, I just want characters yelling at each other about vegetables.))

2/ It's a lovely morning in the village, and you...

It's surprisingly nice in this pillowfort. Slouching around isn't particularly comfortable for Connor - it shunts his thirium flow around in odd ways and his body wasn't made for slobbing out - so he's mostly been sitting in his fort with legs crossed, perfectly upright, but he's wrapped himself in a blanket so fluffy he resembles nothing so much as a fuzzball with a narwhal horn...and hands for a video game controller.

He found a simply, brightly-coloured game where he controls a goose. It all seems perfectly simple, right up until he reaches the first bit and realises he has to ruin someone's morning to get through it. And he immediately feels a bit mean. And he shouldn't because these are pixels following simple programming.

The first person who joins him spares him this stupidest of dilemmas, because Connor can offer the controller and say, "Do you want to try?"
