Steph arrived, as one does, from the roof. She climbed in through a window on the top floor and has since taken a perch on top of a support beam well within hearing of the platform. She keeps quiet for the most part, watching faces and taking note of everything she sees.

She's easy enough to miss in the dark building wearing her Batgirl gear, but anyone who thinks to look up will see cape, cowl and blonde hair hanging over the proceedings.
