Aqua isn't as suspicious as a lot of the people on this world seem to be, even after the last world and even after being roommates with someone like Seifer. She hasn't developed that healthy bit of cynicism and maybe she never will. But a lot of things she has learned since being rescued from the Realm of Darkness have started to make her think and this is one of those.

She lifts one hand to her chin thoughtfully, the other cupping her elbow. "Then tell us: what can we do to help you? What is your goal?" She pauses again and then adds on, "I don't want to see anyone else get hurt. I was there a few months ago. So many of us were hurt or saw people who were. What purpose does hurting people serve?"
