Connor’s totally oblivious to being in any way impressive - although he doesn’t think any part of what he can do is all that remarkable, just because:

“The American Android Act,” he says dryly, then quotes with some irony: ““Androids are strictly forbidden from carrying or using any type of weapon.””

It’s not that impressive to be an android programmed to be able to handle weaponry and perform whatever physical feats their role requires. So Connor thinks, anyway.

“I can use all kinds of weapons - I know how, but I was never allowed.” That hasn’t stopped him picking them up before and fully intending to use them, but that just means Connor didn’t always obey the law. The law still exists all the same.
