He pulls out his phone. Opens up a browser. Turns to the news. Nothing but sunny thoughts.
"Nothin'. A warning would be too much trouble I guess. They're not even publicly saying this shit is happening. People have to go directly to the Head. Head is shrugging it off. You'd think..." he puts the phone away, "...that a 'warning' wouldn't be such a hard damn thing to do."
Hank sure as shit wishes he'd listened to storm warnings on one particular night. That cost him his world. "Anyway, I think I'll still be asking people to stay off the streets when I can."
