Wanda was waiting and making a point to turn pedestrians away from the area. It wasn't too difficult, she could be imposing when she wanted to be.

When the police arrived she moved off to the side and waited for Hank to secure the area before coming to speak with her. She'd worked with enough police to know the protocols in place and she didn't want to make things more complicated than they already were.

"I heard him." She waved at her head as if to say psychically. "He was being tortured and I heard him crying out for him. It took too long for me to find him." Wanda glanced back to where he was despite not being able to see the body from where they were talking. "He was dead when I arrived and there wasn't anyone here."

"I haven't touched the body."
